What is special about them is that they do what they say and they tell you if your idea is going to work. They supervise subcontractors well and had a great list of sub-contractors. What was fantastic was if the subs didn’t meet Gary and Dwight’s expectations they took care of it and we did not have to worry. They were great general contractors, very accessible and they don’t disappear. If you call them, you hear from them the next day, if you don’t hear from them the next day there is a very good reason.
